Two injuries have forced Mauricio Pochettino to adjust his United States men's national team for this month's CONCACAF Nations League quarterfinals against Haiti.

Giovanni Reyna scored for Strasbourg on Friday before exiting the match due to an apparent upper leg injury. The setback has ruled him out of the United States men's national team squad for this month's CONCACAF Nations League quarterfinals against Haiti. Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has called up Stoke City midfielder Jack McGlynn as Reyna's replacement.
McGlynn has recorded five goals and two assists in 14 appearances for Stoke City in the EFL Championship this season. His call-up follows another recent roster change by Pochettino, who added Toulouse defender Mark McKenzie to the squad after West Brom center back George Campbell suffered an injury.
