Paris Saint-Germain boss Enrique hopes Manchester City are not stripped of any titles.
Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique stated that he hopes Manchester City are not stripped of their titles following their guilty verdict for breaching Premier League financial regulations. Speaking ahead of PSG's Champions League match against City at the Etihad Stadium, Enrique argued that City's achievements on the pitch deserve to stand and that he hopes the club can avoid sanctions.
Manchester City have appealed the commission's verdict while maintaining strong form under manager Enzo Maresca, sitting atop the Premier League table. The upcoming European encounter could also see Enrique reunite with former City manager and Barcelona teammate Pep Guardiola, who is expected to visit the Etihad Stadium for the fixture.
