Concacaf has approved a request by the Haitian Football Federation to move the first leg of their Concacaf Nations League quarterfinal against the United States Men's National Team to Miami. Originally scheduled for Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica, the opening match will now be played at Nu Stadium on November 14, with Haiti designated as the home team.
Haiti has been unable to host games domestically due to ongoing political unrest, previously playing group matches in Jamaica. The federation hopes to draw support from Miami's large Haitian-American population, while the USMNT will host the second leg at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati on November 17.
