Steve Tandy has named a 39-man squad for the autumn

Wales head coach Steve Tandy has named a 39-man squad for next month's Nations Championship fixtures against Japan, New Zealand, and Australia in Cardiff. Dragons midfielder Aneurin Owen and uncapped scrum-half Che Hope have been called up to the squad, while Macs Page, Tommy Reffell, and Taulupe Faletau missed out on selection.
Cardiff loosehead Rhys Barratt is among the inclusions alongside recalls for Taine Basham, Seb Davies, and wing Rio Dyer. Experienced players such as Liam Belcher, Tomas Francis, Archie Griffin, Louie Hennessey, and Dafydd Jenkins also returned to the national setup after missing the summer tour.
