Real Madrid ace Vinicius Junior went mad after being shown a red card for pulling their hair of his opponent and seeing his goal cancelled out against Villarreal

Vinicius Junior was sent off and had a 72nd-minute goal disallowed following a VAR review in Real Madrid's match against Villarreal. The winger celebrated the strike with Jude Bellingham and manager Jose Mourinho, but replays revealed he pulled the hair of Villarreal's Nathan Saliba in the buildup. Referee Isidro Díaz de Mera subsequently ruled out the goal and issued a direct red card for violent conduct.
Despite playing with 10 men, Real Madrid successfully defended their 1-0 lead after an earlier goal by Yann Diomande. Former referee Pablo González Fuertes defended the decision on Radio Marca as a blatant infraction, while Real Madrid TV strongly criticized the officiating. Depending on the referee's official report, Vinicius could face a suspension that rules him out of the upcoming El Clasico against Barcelona.
