Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Como attacking midfielder Nico Paz, with manager Xabi Alonso aiming to strengthen his creative options ahead of the summer transfer window. According to a report from TMW, Chelsea scouts have actively monitored the 22-year-old Argentine international during recent matches against Fiorentina and Feyenoord following his standout performances for the Italian side.
Como consider Paz an essential part of manager Cesc Fabregas' project and could demand over €100 million for a permanent transfer. Former club Real Madrid reportedly hold an €80 million buy-back option, while Chelsea continue to evaluate the player ahead of a potential formal approach.
