Anthony Gordon told it’s ‘just a matter of time’ until he scores first Barcelona goal

Anthony Gordon is still searching for his first goal for Barcelona after making seven appearances since his summer transfer from Newcastle United. Despite not scoring yet, the England international has registered four assists for the Catalan club, including two on his La Liga debut against Rayo Vallecano.

Former Barcelona midfielder Gaizka Mendieta praised Gordon's quick adaptation to manager Hansi Flick's direct system alongside teammates Lamine Yamal and Raphinha, stating that goals will naturally come. Gordon has joined the England national team ahead of a Nations League matchup against Spain.
