Barcelona has more players than any other club in David Cubillo's Spain squad for the Under-17 World Cup in Qatar. The selection gives La Masia a central role in Spain's campaign in Doha.
Barcelona has provided seven players to David Cubillo's 21-man Spain squad for the upcoming Under-17 World Cup in Qatar. The called-up La Masia players include Raul Exposito, Sergi Mayans, Baba Kourouma, Jordi Pesquer, Ebrima Tunkara, Roberto Tomas, and Iu Martinez. The tournament takes place from November 19 to December 13, causing the selected players to miss club fixtures during that period.
Tunkara and Real Madrid's Enzo Alves are highlighted as two of the squad's marquee players. Spain has been drawn into Group H alongside China, Fiji, and Morocco, with all group fixtures taking place at Doha's Aspire Zone as the nation seeks its first-ever Under-17 World Cup title.
