Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong shared a fitness update showing his rehabilitation progress from a knee injury sustained with the Netherlands at World Cup 2026. The Dutch international posted images of himself training at the Ciutat Esportiva, as he prepares to rejoin full training following the current international break.
De Jong has yet to appear for Barcelona this season but is reportedly targeting a potential return to action in November. If his recovery proceeds without setbacks, his first appearance of the campaign could come against Alaves in La Liga.
