Former Barcelona striker Pau Victor spoke to Cadena Ser about the intensity of working under manager Hansi Flick. Victor revealed that Flick demands significant effort during training, noting that on more than one occasion he left sessions feeling dizzy. He recalled a viral clip featuring himself and Gavi collapsing after a drill, adding that Flick prioritizes hard-working players who invest extra time in the gym.
Victor also praised Barcelona captain Raphinha for both his on-field impact and personal character, describing him as spectacular. Victor, who transferred from Barcelona to Portuguese club Braga in 2025, noted that he is very happy following a 15-goal debut campaign and five goals already scored during the 2026-27 season.
