FC Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal stated that his club will need luck alongside experience to win the UEFA Champions League this season. Speaking to ON Sport while on international duty with Spain, the teenager noted that the European Cup remains missing from his trophy cabinet, and he emphasized that Barcelona is firmly playing to win the tournament.
Yamal also highlighted that Barcelona has improved in level, performance, and quality following an eight-game winning streak to start their season under manager Hansi Flick. He credited the team's strong form to new signings adapting quickly and growing synergy among veteran players before Spain's Nations League match against Croatia.
