Lionel Messi and his family will attend the 70th Ballon d'Or ceremony at the London Palladium on October 26, 2026. The prestigious event is leaving Paris to be held in London for the first time in history. Organizers France Football and UEFA moved the venue to England's capital to honor Sir Stanley Matthews, who was the inaugural recipient of the prize.
The 39-year-old Argentina and Inter Miami forward is included on the 30-player shortlist following an impressive campaign for club and country. His confirmed attendance comes alongside fellow nominees Kylian Mbappe and Lamine Yamal, adding significant prestige to the historic night.
