Raphinha extends Barça contract to 2030 while holding LaLiga’s top scoring tally

FC Barcelona have officially extended captain Raphinha's contract through June 30, 2030, replacing his previous deal that ran until 2028. The Brazilian forward signed the agreement alongside club president Joan Laporta before addressing the media. The extension secures the 29-year-old's long-term future as he continues an outstanding campaign leading LaLiga's goalscoring charts.

Raphinha has scored 19 goals in all competitions this season, including a league-leading 15 in LaLiga and four in the Champions League under manager Hansi Flick. A recent brace against Aston Villa brought him to 94 total goals for Barcelona, tying Ronaldinho for fourth on the club's all-time Brazilian scoring list.
