Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed that defender Nuno Mendes will miss Tuesday's Champions League match against Barcelona due to a left thigh injury. Mendes sustained the injury during a weekend match against RC Strasbourg Alsace, which ruled him out of action for the upcoming weeks.
The absence of Mendes means former Barcelona defender Lucas Digne could step into the lineup to face winger Lamine Yamal. Digne, who previously played for Everton and Aston Villa, joined PSG during the summer transfer window.
