Real Madrid have issued an official statement calling for La Liga president Javier Tebas to step down from his role. The club criticized Tebas for publicly addressing controversies from Sunday's match against Atlético de Madrid, accusing him of using his institutional position to continuously attack and discredit the club during his public appearances.
The Spanish club stated that Tebas has compromised the required neutrality of his office by evaluating their sporting strategy based on digital media reports.
