Ranking every Ballon d’Or winning season at Real Madrid in the 21st century

Writer Maximus Polek ranks the eight Ballon d'Or winning campaigns by Real Madrid players in the 21st century. Cristiano Ronaldo claims the top three spots on the list for his 2016, 2014, and 2017 campaigns, with his 2016 double-winning season for club and country ranked as the best overall.

Karim Benzema's 2022 season ranks fourth, followed by Luka Modric's 2018 campaign and Ronaldo's 2013 win. The writer places the World Cup-driven triumphs of Ronaldo Nazario in 2002 and defender Fabio Cannavaro in 2006 at the bottom of the rankings.
