The RFEF has spread the 24 Copa del Rey first-round ties postponed after the Urda rail crash across 29 October to 13 November. Valencia, Betis and Celta will now play their ties during the November international break.

The Royal Spanish Football Federation has rescheduled 24 Copa del Rey first-round matches through November 13, 2026, following a deadly high-speed rail collision near Urda station in Toledo. Top-flight sides Valencia, Real Betis, and Celta Vigo will now play their postponed fixtures during the November international break. The original ties set for October 28 were halted out of respect for the victims after the crash killed 68 people and injured 80.
Under the new schedule, Deportivo Alavés will visit Anaitasuna on November 3, and Levante will travel to CD Tarancón on November 5. Celta Vigo will close out the round against Salamanca on November 13, while Valencia and Betis will play earlier that same week. Segunda División side Mallorca will play CD Alcoyano on November 5, just three days before an away league match against Andorra.
