AC Milan: Red Bird confirms the departure of Giorgio Furlani

Giorgio Furlani is officially no longer the CEO of AC Milan following a corporate restructuring initiated by ownership group RedBird. Furlani remained formally in office until his departure was finalized through the publication of a new organizational chart in the commercial register, removing his name from the club's board of directors.

Under the newly established leadership structure, Paolo Scaroni serves as club president while Massimo Calvelli takes over as the new CEO. The remaining board of directors includes owner Gerry Cardinale alongside six other members, satisfying the nine-member statutory minimum required by the Serie A club's governance rules.
