Achraf Hakimi explained that Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique scolded him because the coach mistakenly believed he was arguing with the referee. Hakimi clarified that he was merely asking officials whether his goal was offside rather than disputing a decision.
The incident followed an impressive display where Hakimi recorded three goals and two assists in PSG's 5-1 victory against Le Havre on Friday. The Moroccan wing-back credited Luis Enrique for granting him the attacking freedom to finish scoring actions like a striker.
