FC Barcelona has reportedly reignited its interest in Bournemouth striker Eli Junior Kroupi ahead of next summer's transfer window. The 20-year-old French forward remains high on sporting director Deco's radar to bolster the attack, especially after previous pursuits stalled. During the previous window, Bournemouth rejected two permanent transfer bids from Barcelona near 100 million euros before a foot fracture temporarily ended negotiations.
Kroupi scored 13 goals in 35 appearances last season and has now returned to Bournemouth's squad under manager Marco Rose. With Atlético de Madrid reportedly demanding an exorbitant fee for Julián Álvarez, Barcelona considers Kroupi an attractive target to partner alongside Lamine Yamal long-term.
