Cesc Fàbregas has established himself as one of the most prominent coaches in European football after brilliantly supporting the progress

Como manager Cesc Fàbregas reportedly has an exit clause in his contract that allows him to leave for three specific former clubs. According to Sky Sport, the low-cost clause can exclusively be activated by FC Barcelona, Arsenal, and Chelsea, despite Fàbregas currently being under contract with the Italian side until 2028.
Fàbregas has no immediate intention of leaving Como and previously turned down approaches from major Italian clubs. While Barcelona and Arsenal remain favored long-term destinations for the Spanish tactician, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick is also under contract through 2028.
