A serious candidate for the 2026 Ballon d’Or, Harry Kane is going through the most prosperous period of his career.

Bayern Munich and Harry Kane have reached an agreement in principle on a permanent contract extension until 2029, according to Sky Sports. The 33-year-old English striker was set to reach the end of his current contract next summer, but the German club moved quickly to secure his future following an exceptional run of form.
Final details of the new deal are reportedly being finalized. Bayern originally signed Kane from Tottenham in 2023 for over €100 million, and he scored 36 goals in the Bundesliga last season while establishing himself as a serious contender for the 2026 Ballon d'Or.
