France captain Kylian Mbappé revealed he does not envision extending his international career to match the longevity of Cristiano Ronaldo. Speaking to German outlet BILD, the Real Madrid striker discussed Ronaldo continuing to play for Portugal at age 41, explaining that he does not see himself following a similar path with the French national team.
Mbappé noted that Ronaldo demonstrates what is possible with elite physical and mental fitness, but jokingly stated that France would never let him play until 41, concluding that reaching such longevity is not possible in his case.
