OM: Bruno Genesio towards a resignation?

Olympique de Marseille sports director Grégory Lorenzi has denied speculation that head coach Bruno Genesio could resign. Despite rumors sparked by recent poor form and frustration over the summer transfer window, Lorenzi affirmed that the club and management remain fully aligned with the manager.

OM suffered four consecutive Ligue 1 defeats following an opening 4-0 win against Strasbourg, leaving the team in a difficult position. Lorenzi stressed that Genesio is committed to OM through 2028 and that there is no internal friction regarding his project at the club.
