Ousmane Dembélé completely missed a penalty for Paris Saint-Germain during their Ligue 1 match against Strasbourg on Saturday. Dembélé came on as a substitute for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 63rd minute with PSG trailing 1-0. Less than ten minutes later, Dembélé failed to hit the target from the penalty spot after a handball was called against Strasbourg following a shot by Désiré Doué.
The miss comes just three days after Ferran Torres failed to convert a penalty against Manchester City in the Champions League. Under manager Luis Enrique, PSG have struggled from the penalty spot, missing 11 of their last 24 penalties across all competitions since the spring of 2025.
