Real Madrid: José Mourinho has three plans to defeat FC Barcelona

Spanish media outlets have detailed Real Madrid manager José Mourinho's potential tactical plans ahead of Sunday's Clásico against FC Barcelona. According to AS, Mourinho is considering three distinct setups that all hinge on the versatile positioning of Federico Valverde. Real Madrid sits six points behind league leaders Barcelona in the standings and requires a victory to stay firmly in the title race.

The report outlines three options involving Valverde deployed either as a right back, a defensive midfielder alongside Aurélien Tchouameni, or as a right winger. Meanwhile, rival publication Marca suggests Eduardo Camavinga could serve as a tactical surprise in midfield, though AS projects confirmed starting roles for Thibaut Courtois, Ibrahima Konaté, Marc Cucurella, Jude Bellingham, Yan Diomandé, and Kylian Mbappé.
