Real Madrid: José Mourinho launches war of words with FC Barcelona

Real Madrid manager José Mourinho addressed the media ahead of the upcoming Clásico against FC Barcelona, addressing perceived media bias. Mourinho argued that critics view Barcelona too favorably while unfairly over-criticizing his Madrid side. He stressed that comparing the two clubs is unfair because his team has only been working together for three months and remains in an early learning phase.

Despite sitting six points behind Barcelona in La Liga, Real Madrid enters the fixture following three consecutive wins over Roma (4-3), Sevilla FC (4-1), and RB Leipzig (4-1). Meanwhile, Barcelona recently suffered its first loss of the season against PSG (4-2). Mourinho highlighted Madrid's current strong form while noting that past results hold no influence once the Clásico begins.
