A fresh-faced USMNT regroups for first time since World Cup, eyeing long-term goals

The U.S. Men's National Team gathered at the Arthur M. Blank National Training Center in Fayetteville, Georgia, regrouping for the first time following the 2026 World Cup. Head coach Mauricio Pochettino, who signed a contract extension through 2030, is preparing the squad for upcoming friendly matches against Peru, Chile, Mexico, and Canada.

Pochettino's roster features eight teenagers, including 16-year-old Philadelphia Union midfielder Cavan Sullivan, alongside young prospects Neil Pierre, Peyton Miller, Justin Hall, and Adri Mehmeti. The program is targeting major upcoming tournaments, including the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics and the 2028 Copa América.
