Romano Floriani Mussolini scored his first Serie A goal for Lazio on Tuesday during an emphatic 6-2 victory against 10-man Sassuolo. The right-back, who is the great-grandson of former Italian dictator Benito Mussolini, helped propel the Rome-based club to the top of the league standings with his maiden strike.
The high-scoring match saw Sassuolo reduced to ten men following a red card for Kristian Thorstvedt, alongside two saved penalties by goalkeeper Stefano Turati. Managed by Gennaro Gattuso, Lazio earned their eighth win of the league campaign to move into first place.
