Carabao Cup: Arsenal should unleash Dowman as Liverpool-Chelsea clash

Sky Sports analysts have outlined the key talking points ahead of the Carabao Cup fourth round, arguing that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta should regularly start 16-year-old Max Dowman against Fleetwood Town following Bukayo Saka's injury. The analysis also highlights the high-profile managerial clash between Basque coaches Andoni Iraola of Liverpool and Xabi Alonso of Chelsea, with Chelsea aiming to rebound from a derby loss to Tottenham while missing the suspended Cole Palmer.

Elsewhere, Manchester City's title defense faces Fabian Hurzeler's Brighton in the first of two encounters this week, while Aston Villa and Bournemouth test their squad depth following successful European runs. The round also features Robbie Savage's Peterborough United taking on Bradford City, Fulham hosting a struggling Crystal Palace, Brentford visiting Sunderland, and Everton meeting Newcastle United ahead of their Premier League clash.
