Arsenal head to Munich on Wednesday with a couple of players still working their way back to fitness. The Premier League champions were hit by…

Arsenal defender Piero Hincapie has returned to individual training on the grass at Sobha Realty Training Centre as he works toward full fitness following an ankle injury. The Ecuadorian defender sustained the issue during a post-match warm-down against Leeds and subsequently missed fixtures against Lille and Nottingham Forest ahead of Wednesday's trip to face Bayern Munich.
Manager Mikel Arteta previously indicated that Hincapie would be sidelined for one to two weeks, making Wednesday's match in Munich likely to arrive too soon. In other squad news, goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has returned to full training after missing the Forest fixture with an injury.
