Havertz pinpointed the similarities in style with the Bayern Munich forward, citing his ability to drop deep into the midfield rather than operating as a traditional No9.

Arsenal forward Kai Havertz has revealed that Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane is his major inspiration ahead of their Champions League group stage matchup. Speaking to Men in Blazers Media Network, Havertz praised the former Tottenham Hotspur star for his link-up play, goalscoring numbers, and ability to drop into midfield rather than acting as a traditional striker.
Havertz also discussed his strong relationship with Arsenal teammate Viktor Gyokeres despite their internal competition for playing time under manager Mikel Arteta. Havertz has started eight of Arsenal's 11 matches this season, while Gyokeres has started three and is seeking his first goal.
