Arsenal will challenge Liverpool for impressive Italian star

Arsenal is reportedly preparing to compete with Liverpool for Brentford right-back Michael Kayode. The Gunners are considering reinforcing the position due to recurring injury issues with Ben White and Jurrien Timber. Kayode's recent performances for the Italian national team have heightened interest across the Premier League.

Liverpool has reportedly added the defender to the top of its watchlist, viewing him as a target with high potential. However, interest from both clubs remains in the monitoring phase, with neither side making an official offer or beginning formal permanent transfer negotiations with Brentford.
