Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has praised Noni Madueke's recent determination and performances while noting that the 24-year-old winger can still become even more efficient. Following an impactful display in Arsenal's win against Hull City, Arteta highlighted how Madueke responded positively to limited playing time through intense training and decisive contributions on the pitch.
According to Sky Sports, Madueke has created more chances per 90 minutes than any Premier League player with at least 250 minutes played this season. Stepping up in Bukayo Saka's absence, Madueke has scored vital goals against Nottingham Forest and Slavia Praha, although writer Dan Critchlow notes he was overlooked by Thomas Tuchel for an England call-up.
