Arteta’s Secret Dossier: Arsenal Boss Collecting Evidence on Rival Managers

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta revealed he is compiling video evidence of rival Premier League managers leaving their technical areas without receiving punishment. Arteta made the comments following his yellow card from referee Tony Harrington during Arsenal's 2-0 win over Everton at the Emirates Stadium. The Spanish manager claimed some managers stepped outside their designated area up to 36 times in 10 minutes without receiving cautions.

The booking was Arteta's second of the league season, putting him one caution away from a one-match touchline suspension. Writer Michelle questions whether Arteta is being unfairly singled out and argues that officiating rules regarding technical area boundaries should be applied consistently across the Premier League.
