Peter Schmeichel claimed he cannot see anyone challenging Arsenal for the Premier League title following their 1-0 win against Liverpool at Anfield. The Gunners secured the victory through a 16th-minute goal from Kai Havertz and restricted the hosts to zero shots on target. Speaking to ViaPlay, Schmeichel stated that he did not care about the manner of the victory, labeling Mikel Arteta's squad as proven winners.

City have suffered back-to-back league defeats and also face a potential points deduction for alleged rule breaches. Arsenal next host Hull City at the Emirates Stadium, where they could temporarily extend their advantage to six points.
