Mikel Arteta admitted his side are treading a fine line between playing like champions and being average - and it is a concept Jurrien Timber is on board with

Jurrien Timber has backed Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta's assessment that the Gunners face extremely fine margins between winning and mediocrity this season. Speaking after Arsenal's hard-fought victory against Leeds, Timber dismissed suggestions that recent struggles against high-intensity opponents were caused by players returning from injury or looking ahead to the World Cup, insisting that the squad must consistently perform at their highest level.
The match marked Timber's first appearance at the Emirates Stadium since March following an injury absence. Arsenal secured the win after falling behind to a James Justin goal, with Riccardo Calafiori leveling the score before fellow substitute Bruno Guimaraes scored the decisive winning goal.
