Arsenal were forced into another reshuffle against Birmingham City after two midfielders dropped out of the squad before kick-off.

Kim Little and Frida Maanum missed Arsenal's 1-1 draw against Birmingham City due to separate medical issues. Arsenal confirmed that Little was absent because of an unspecified illness, while Maanum was ruled out with a muscle injury. No expected return dates were provided by the club for either player ahead of the match.
The absences forced manager Renee Slegers into a tactical reshuffle, already missing Mariona Caldentey and Selina Cerci through injuries. Olivia Smith scored a second-half goal to secure a draw, leaving Arsenal with six points from their opening six games in eighth place.
