Arsenal beat Everton in Premier League action on Saturday but it was not the perfect afternoon as one key player appeared to suffer an injury…

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta confirmed that defender Riccardo Calafiori suffered an injury issue during the club's Premier League victory against Everton. Calafiori came on as a substitute around the hour mark but struggled in the final minutes, prompting an on-pitch position swap with Noni Madueke before heading straight down the tunnel at the final whistle. Arteta described the problem as a slight issue after the match.
Fellow defender Gabriel Magalhaes also appeared to jar his knee earlier in the match but continued playing and scored Arsenal's second goal. Ezri Konsa scored the opening goal for Arsenal after an assist from Viktor Gyokeres, securing the win despite the late injury concerns ahead of upcoming matches.
