⚔️"Liverpool could become title challengers with a win on Sunday."
Alan Shearer predicts Liverpool will enter the Premier League title race if they defeat Arsenal at Anfield on Sunday. The former striker believes the Reds are finding momentum following a strong run of form, including a 2-0 win over Brighton, which leaves them poised to cut the gap to second-placed Arsenal to three points with a victory.
Shearer noted that Mikel Arteta's Arsenal side face a difficult challenge rebounding from an embarrassing Carabao Cup penalty shootout loss to League Two side Fleetwood Town. He stressed that a trip to Anfield comes at a tough time given Liverpool's growing consistency and Arsenal's recent cup setback.
