Aston Villa feel Alejandro Garnacho can ’restart his career’ after an ’intense mini pre-season’... 🤔

Aston Villa believe Alejandro Garnacho has made clear progress following an intense mini pre-season during the international break. The 22-year-old winger, who joined on loan from Chelsea ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, played just 31 minutes across three Premier League matches earlier this season. He is reportedly aiming to restart his career after undergoing one-to-one meetings with manager Unai Emery.
Garnacho participated in individual tactical sessions and followed a personal fitness programme to adapt to Emery's system. He subsequently scored in friendlies against Southampton and Sevilla, leading the club to view his recent development positively.
