Gary Neville believes Morgan Rogers should have been sent off for a 'ludicrous' late challenge on Conor Gallagher during Chelsea's defeat to Spurs.

Gary Neville argued on Sky Sports that Chelsea's Morgan Rogers deserved a red card for a late challenge on Conor Gallagher during a 2-0 defeat to Tottenham at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea were already reduced to 10 men following Cole Palmer's earlier dismissal for two bookable offenses. Neville labeled Rogers' 91st-minute challenge "ludicrous" after referee Chris Kavanagh opted to issue only a yellow card.
Tottenham secured the victory under manager Roberto De Zerbi courtesy of a Mike Penders own goal and a solo strike from Mathys Tel. The result leaves Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso dealing with disciplinary concerns ahead of an upcoming Carabao Cup clash against Liverpool.
