Chelsea star Morgan Rogers has shared what Joao Pedro has told him since becoming team-mates this summer…

Chelsea forward Morgan Rogers credited teammate Joao Pedro for influencing his chipped goal during Chelsea's 2-0 victory against Manchester United. Speaking to former Chelsea striker Tore Andre Flo after the match, Rogers explained that Pedro is constantly urging him in training to chip goalkeepers in one-on-one situations. Rogers opened the scoring with a solo run and chip over Senne Lammens before Cole Palmer sealed the win from the penalty spot.
Pedro missed the fixture due to a thigh issue after a strong start to the season with five goals and three assists. Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso praised the team's second-half attacking response following recent defeats, noting that the squad adapted effectively despite key absences, with Manchester United also reduced to ten men after Lisandro Martinez's red card.
