Chelsea playmaker Morgan Rogers has been handed new responsibility with England during a successful international break

Chelsea playmaker Morgan Rogers revealed that England manager Thomas Tuchel was unhappy with aspects of his final product during their international fixtures. Despite assisting Harry Kane in England's 3-0 victory against Czechia and scoring in a 7-0 rout of Croatia, the 24-year-old admitted he was personally disappointed after Tuchel gave him a frustrated look following certain wasted opportunities.
Meanwhile, Tuchel addressed Cole Palmer's absence from the England camp after the Chelsea midfielder withdrew due to pain management. Tuchel called the withdrawal a missed opportunity, noting that persistent injuries have kept Palmer from proving himself on the pitch during national team camps.
