Trevoh Chalobah left Chelsea to join Como in a deal worth more than £30m during the summer transfer window.

Trevoh Chalobah has revealed his regrets over leaving boyhood club Chelsea and discussed how Como manager Cesc Fabregas convinced him to make the permanent transfer to Italy. Speaking to The Athletic, the defender shared that while he had dreamed of becoming a club legend after joining at age eight, Fabregas reached out personally over the summer to outline the project and secure his experience.
Chelsea reportedly received an initial fee of £25.7 million plus up to £5.1 million in add-ons for the Cobham graduate. Chalobah made 151 appearances across all competitions for the Blues, helping the club win several honors including the FA Cup and UEFA Super Cup before departing two years ahead of his contract expiry.
