Cole Palmer was sent off against Tottenham last night at Stamford Bridge, but only got a one-match suspension, meaning he will be back on Saturday.

Cole Palmer will be eligible to play for Chelsea against Manchester United on October 31 despite being sent off against Tottenham. The England international received two yellow cards during Chelsea's 2-0 defeat, triggering a one-match domestic ban rather than a three-game suspension for a straight red card. He will instead serve his suspension during Chelsea's Carabao Cup tie against Liverpool on October 28.
Referee Chris Kavanagh dismissed Palmer following tackles on Mateus Fernandes and Conor Gallagher. Goals from a Mike Penders error and Mathys Tel sealed Tottenham's victory at Stamford Bridge, while Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi and commentator Gary Neville argued Palmer should have received a straight red card earlier in the match.
