Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso has reportedly convinced Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott to move to Stamford Bridge in January. According to journalist Simon Phillips, Chelsea have reached a verbal agreement on personal terms with the England international, whom Alonso is eager to integrate into his squad.
