Crystal Palace set to sack Pierre Sage with club bottom of Premier League

Crystal Palace are expected to sack manager Pierre Sage after a 3-1 home defeat to Liverpool left the club at the bottom of the Premier League. The loss marked Palace's fourth consecutive league defeat, prompting club chiefs to plan a managerial search during the upcoming international break.

Sage, who signed a three-year contract as Oliver Glasner's successor over the summer, has won only two of his first 10 league matches. The team currently holds the league's worst defensive record amid tactical concerns, recruitment struggles, and key departures.
