David Moyes was speaking as Manchester City continue to be the talk of the football world after being found guilty of all charges relating to breaches of the Premier League's financial regulations

Everton manager David Moyes questioned the fairness of Premier League sanctions following Manchester City's financial verdict, while also confirming positive injury updates on Vitalii Mykolenko and Christian Norgaard. Moyes voiced frustration over past points deductions given to Everton compared to delays in other cases, hoping the club is not uniquely targeted.
Ahead of Sunday's match against Hull City, Moyes revealed that left-back Mykolenko has a chance to feature despite picking up an issue on international duty. Additionally, midfielder Norgaard is nearing a return after participating in full training and featuring in a behind-closed-doors fixture.
