Everton youth forward Jonathan Nsangou reached 10 goals for the season after netting a hat-trick against Bournemouth at Finch Farm. His treble helped lead Everton's Under-18s side to a 6-3 victory in the Premier League U18 Cup, continuing a prolific start to the campaign that has also earned him training opportunities with the senior team.
Manager David Moyes involved multiple academy players with the first-team squad during the international break, though the article notes there is no immediate reason to rush Nsangou's progression. Meanwhile, Everton's senior squad is preparing for an upcoming Premier League fixture against Hull City.
